How can I check the current status of an order, or change info on an order that was already placed?
All credit/debit cards are charged within 24 hours of when the order is placed pending verification. One to two business days should be allotted before calling 877 321 0615 to check status of your order. To make any type of changes on your order after it has already been processed call our customer service department at 877 321 0615.

 

a. Orders can not be cancelled by email. Please call our customer service department at 877 321 0615 to cancel an existing order.

b. No dealers. We do not conduct business with resellers

c. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

d. . C.O.D. accepted with minimum 25% deposit by credit card, check, or Money Order.

e. All checks and Money Orders require 2-4 weeks for clearance before your order is shipped.

f. Please note that prices change frequently, and we cannot offer price protection on any product that has been already shipped to you.

g. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.

h. We cannot accept any returns on products with filled-out warranty cards or product registrations.

i. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MC, Amex, Discover.

j. Please Note not all Products are available for rush delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges and with a minimum 10% Restocking Fee , within a period of 21 days for Computers/TVs, and 7 days for Photo equipment,Video, Audio, Digital Photography.

To return any items you must obtain a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise purchased from BingoCameras.com is sold in its original factory packaging, some warranties may vary, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. BingoCameras.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages or the cost of shipping & handling back to us.

BingoCameras.com carries US & Non-US products. Non US products may be considerably less expensive. The product packaging may or may not include all software, accessories, and features intended for US customers. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery on some international products. USA warranty may be additional. Images and specifications are for illustrative purposes only.
Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process, and credits should be posted within 24 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company.
